APA reports that the winners of essay competition arrived in our country on June 20. Competition on Study of Global Issues was advertised by American Council and was finished on Mart 1, 2012. The American schoolchildren are accompanied by the program manager of the Council Althea Georgantas and Azerbaijani Honorary Consul to Santa Fe Emmitt McHaffie.
The guests became familiarized with Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the first day of their arrival. They also visited Mugam Centre, National Park and Inner City.
The guests will visit Energy Centre of the Caspian Sea, Diplomatic Academy of Azerbaijan, US embassy and the American Centre within their visit to Azerbaijan. Besides it, they are also planning to visit National History Museum of Azerbaijan, Modern Art Museum, State Museum of History and Ethnography. The program also includes the trip to Gabala.
