He said that State Mortgage Fund must focus more on the criteria of social mortgage: “At present, two types of mortgage credits - social and ordinary mortgage - are given in Azerbaijan. There is no other mortgage procedure in the field of housing for all citizens. But I don’t think that the improvement is necessaryâ€.
According to the minister, the simplification of the mortgage criteria can result in improving the process of mortgage giving to just-married families.
