According to the order of Education Minister Misir Mardanov, the events were allowed to hold in the area of the educational institution within three hours.

Sector chief of Baku City Education Office (BCEO) Zamina Aligizi told APA that the “Last bell” events have been held in the school. No incident was recorded during the “Last bell” events and hotline didn’t receive any information on it: The “Last bell” events have finished in Baku’s educational institutions. Security measures were ensured at a high level, therefore no incident occurred.

Aligizi appealed again to the graduates and their parents with a warning that if the any incident occurred in the “last bell” events, which will be held outside the school, the BCEO wouldn’t bear responsibility for it: “"Today, students can hold the celebrations in different places, restaurants and cafes. If any negative incident occurred in these events, the parents and people, who organized these events, would bear responsibility for it.”

92178 pupils finish the general education schools in 2011-2012 in Azerbaijan. The Education Ministry told APA this figure was 97653 next year.
24285 pupils finish the 11th class of general education schools in Baku for 2011-2012, 33977 pupils – 9th class. Number of first class pupil was 125807 in 2011-2012. 130454 pupils will go to the first class in 2012-2013.
