President Ilham Aliyev inaugurates Zarifa Aliyeva Nakhchivan Polyclinic

Baku â€“ APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has opened today the Nakhchivan Polyclinic named after academician Zarifa Aliyeva here. APA reports quoting AzerTAc news agency that the Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the hospital.

Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov said that all conditions have been created in the six-storey building of the polyclinic for high-level medical service. The foyer of the facility houses a bust to Zarifa Aliyeva, photos reflecting her life and activity and thoughts by prominent figures about the outstanding ophthalmologist.

President Ilham Aliyev told that the new-established Stomatological Centre operates in the fifth and sixth floors of the polyclinic. The polyclinic has therapy, surgery, roentgen, laboratory units. The Head of State was informed that the facility employs 12 district physicians serving 66,2 thousand people of Nakhchivan.

President Ilham Aliyev wished successes and posed for photographs together with staff of the polyclinic.
