Ministry of Emergency Situations begins reconstruction of flood-affected houses in Navai settlement of Hajigabul region

Hajigabul. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. The Ministry of Emergency Situations started to reconstruct the houses affected by floods on September 20 this year in Navai settlement of Hajigabul region of Azerbaijan. According to APA, it laid foundation of the new houses in the settlement on Thursday, APA reports.

Senior inspector of the Construction Security Control of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Gurban Gurbanov said that 59 new houses would be built in Navai. He said they would replace old houses damaged by the natural disaster on September 20. â€œThe construction materials have already been brought to the territory. We try to complete construction work in a short time that the people living in tents can move to the new houses soonâ€.

Gurbanov said seven houses in emergency situation in the regional center of Hajigabul and one â€“ in Pirsaat village of the region would also be reconstructed again.
