Book â€œNobel Prize winning womenâ€ by MP Ganira Pashayeva presented - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

Baku. Ramil Mammadli â€“ APA. Presentation ceremony of the book â€œNobel Prize winning womenâ€ by MP Ganira Pashayeva was presented in Baku Nobel Heritage Foundation on December 23, APA reports. The bookâ€™s editor, well-known journalist Flora Khalilzadeh noted that Ganira Pashayeva had been an author of a number of books so far. But itâ€™s her first book regarding this field.

Advisor of the book, President of Baku Nobel Heritage Foundation Togrul Bagirov stated that the foundadion headed by him gave support for the publication of the book. He added that Member of Nobel Family Society Management Board, co-founder and trustee of the Nobel Charitable Trust Foundation, author of the bookâ€™s preface Gustaf Nobel had sent a letter of congratulation to Pashayeva on this occasion.

Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijanâ€™s Parliament Bahar Muradova spoke about the womenâ€™s role in the society and contributions they gave to the development of the world. She regretted that there is small number of Woman Nobel Laureates worldwide.

Human Rights Commissioner Elmira Suleymanova also spoke about the importance of the book for Azerbaijani readers.

Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages, MP Samad Seyidov said that Ganira Pashayevaâ€™s active role in the society.

Delivering a speech at the event, Head of OSCE Office in Baku Ali Bilge Cankorel highly appreciated Pashayevaâ€™s peaceful activity.

Further, author of the book Ganira Pashayeva made a speech and expressed her gratitude to those, who shared their views on the book.

Note that the book â€œNobel Prize winning womenâ€ contains essays about the life, scientific activity and creative activity of 36 women who won Nobel Prize in 1903-2009.

The advisor of the book â€œNobel Prize winning womenâ€ is President of Baku Nobel Heritage Foundation Togrul Bagirov, editors are Parvana Mammadli and Flora Khalilzadeh.
