Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. 60 labor fairs are expected to be organized in Azerbaijan next year, said Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection Natig Mammadov, APA reports.
Mammadov said 55 labor fairs were held in 2008. The State Program signed by the President of Azerbaijan for fulfillment of government employment strategy considers measures for employment of young specialist and graduates. The labor fairs were organized at some universities this year.
The Deputy Minister said more than 60 children in Saray and Shagan orphanages subordinated to the ministry were adopted by the families and material-technical basis of the old people’s homes in Shahbuz and Bilgah were strengthened. “By the end of the year, disabled veterans of Karabakh war, as well as martyrs’ families will be settled in 12 buildings constructed for them. The ministry is elaborating now special rehabilitation program for poor familiesâ€.
