Kamaladdin Heydarov: The people should know perfectly instructions for use of the devices

Khachmaz. Konul Abdullayeva â€“ APA. Special measures are being taken to eliminate the consequences of the usage of heating devices in winter. APAâ€™s north bureau reports that Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov said every stove or heating device is certified by the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents, and after that is put on sale.
â€œUnfortunately, users separate the part of the stove that absorbs carbon monoxide and this causes unwanted consequences. We can not say which heating device is high-quality. If a brand is brought to the country, it means that it is qualified. The people should first of all know perfectly the instructions for use of the devices. One must not use the devices without studying the instructions for use. Devices filtering toxic gas and carbon monoxide detectors are used in a number of countries. These devices will be brought to Azerbaijan soon,â€ he said.
