UNESCO experts prepare initial proposals on National Strategy for Science

Baku. Kamala Guliyeva â€“ APA. UNESCO experts have prepared initial proposals on the National Strategy for Science, president of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Mahmud Karimov told APA. He said the UNESCO experts will visit Azerbaijan and hold discussions early in January. According to Karimov, the bill on science will be presented to the parliament in a few days. The law has been completely coordinated with the National Strategy for Science.

Karimov added that new composition of the Scientific Coordination Council elected at the recent meeting of the Presidium. After the council determines the priorities, the research tasks of the next year will be discussed.
