Baku. Kamala Guliyeva â€“ APA. 10,000 residents have returned to Aghdam in the recent years, Education Minister Misir Mardanov told journalists concerning the outcomes of his visit to Aghdam and Berde, APA reports.

Mardanov said the situation at border areas was better than he had expected.
â€œSchools are functioning fully in Aghdam and Berde. The situation is especially too good in the new settlements established with the funds allocated by the State Oil Fund. There are modern kindergartens and schools in every settlement. In general, the people are in good mood,â€ he said.
