New apartments given to people whose building damaged in gas blast in Azerbaijan - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION - VIDEO</font>

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov-APA. An opening ceremony has today been held in Baku for a new building constructed in the site of the building damaged in a gas explosion last December.

The gas leak blast damaged the five-storied building at 34, Nakhchivanski Street, Nizami District, killing 3 people and injuring another 9.
The tenants were relocated to other places, and their rental expenses were provided by the government and a new building was build for them on behalf of the head of state.

The new building opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Orujali Hajiyev, Nizami District Major Tahir Budagov and other officials.

Orujali Hajiyev said the new 6-block building consists of 45 apartments.

According to him, the building has been built in compliance with the modern construction standards.
