Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. “I don’t know anything about plans of removal of the Azerbaijan International University’s buildingâ€, said Minister of Education Misir Mardanov, APA reports. The ministers said he heard about the removal of the building from the journalists and the ministry was not informed about that. “If there was such issue, we also would be informed about thatâ€.
The minister of education said movement of education centers outside the city was on agenda. “But recent global financial crisis prevented us to take serious steps toward this in the past two years. Therefore we are reconstructing and restoring the existed buildings of education centers. We are planning to build new complexes for the universities outside the city, but it is not expected to be done in near futureâ€.
