Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. The Association of Meat and Meat Products Production established by famous sausage producing plants of the country SAB, Kral, GF Kristal, Sehliyali, Sevimli dad and ELBA 999 will conduct monitoring in the sausage producing plants, chairman of the Association Fuad Gulubayov told APA. He said the Association will institute its emblem after it is registered officially.
“Independent technologists will monitor all sausage producing plants that are members of the association. No emblem will be put on the sausages, which do not meet hygienic norms. Our aim is to make high-quality products and increase the production. Time will be given to eliminate shortcomings in the plants,†he said.
Gulubayov said six more sausage producing plants applied for the association membership.
18 sausage producing plants have been officially registered in Azerbaijan.
