Azerbaijan Law center and Austrian company sign agreement on joint law office

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. Baku Law Center (BLC) of Azerbaijan and Austrian Lansky Ganzger & Partner Company signed an agreement on establishing of joint law office. Officials of both organizations held a press conference on Friday. Executive Director of Lansky Ganzger & Partner Gabriel Lansky said the office would be named BLC Lansky Ganzger & Partner Ltd. Each part will have 50 % of shares. Lansky said the European law office became almost jobless because the cases of violation of law were reduced in Europe. â€œWe have much work here. Our researches showed that work of any foreign organization in Azerbaijan doesnâ€™t give serious effect. Therefore we decided to establish joint enterpriseâ€. He said the joint law office would provide the citizens with legal services and to create opportunities for the students and young lawyers of Azerbaijan to get education in Europe.

BLC deputy director Fariz Mammadov said they were planning to provide joint activity not only in Azerbaijan, but Central Asian countries as well. â€œAzerbaijan established joint enterprises with the foreign companies in other spheres so far, but we are establishing first joint law officeâ€. Mammadov said the joint enterprise would be termless and representatives of both parts would have equal rights to work.
