International health exhibitions opened in Baku

The 15th Azerbaijan International Health, 4th Azerbaijan International Dentist and 3rd Azerbaijan International Esthetic Health exhibitions were organized in Baku on Tuesday by Iteca Caspian Company. According to APA, Deputy Health Minister of Azerbaijan Elsever Aghayev said Azerbaijan hosted the health exhibitions for 15 years and 74 companies of 13 countries were attending the exhibitions this year. He said the world financial crisis couldnâ€™t prevent Azerbaijan to host such events. â€œAccording to the statistics of the last six months, GDP rate in Azerbaijan was 4 percent. More than 300 medial centers were built in the country over the past five years and supplied with modern equipmentsâ€. Aghayev said about 20 million AZN were allocated from the reserve fund of the President of Azerbaijan for purchase of ambulances. â€œThe Republican Urology Center was reconstructed again. A surgery and therapeutic clinics were established at the Azerbaijan Medical Universityâ€.
