Over 20 settlements flooded in Masalli region of Azerbaijan

About 20 settlements, including Bambashi, Gizilavar, Turkoba, Bedelan and Mollaoba villages were flooded. The people were evacuated. Flood caused serious damage to the individual farms. Sown areas, haystacks, household things were flooded. Showers also caused problems for electricity and communication. A lot of electric posts turned over and villages do not receive electricity. There are also problems in telephone communication. The representatives of emergency situations commission visited the flood-affected areas. Measures are being taken to eliminate the consequences.
