Ombudsman’s Office holds roundtable on International Day of Peace

Baku – APA. The roundtable devoted to the International Day of Peace was held in the Ombudsman’s Office of Azerbaijan. Press service of the Ombudsman’s Office told APA that state officials, representatives of international organizations, NGOs, religious communities, Mass Media and others attended the roundtable initiated by the Ombudsman’s Office and Azerbaijan Alliance for Peace and Development. Human Rights Commissioner of Azerbaijan Elmira Suleymanova congratulated the event participants on the occasion of September 21 - the International Day of Peace and Eid-al-Fitr, Ramadan holiday. She provided detailed information about the peaceful condition created in Azerbaijan for all peoples residing in the country.
