Emergency situations ministers and chiefs of related bodies of BSEC countries meet in Baku - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

Representatives of BSEC member states, except Armenia are attending the meeting. Addressing the meeting Azerbaijan’s Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov spoke about the work done to eliminate emergency situations, achievements in this field in Azerbaijan. The Minister said the meeting will strengthen the relations between the countries.

Representative of BSEC chairman, department chief of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Altay Afandiyev said there was a need to strengthen the relations to solve manmade problems, there was a great potential to develop cooperation among BSEC countries.

Deputy Emergency Situations Minister of Russia Vladimir Puchkov said there was a need to extend the cooperation in combating emergency situations in the Black Sea.
“We should work jointly in case of any accident. Our cooperation will be of great importance in eliminating emergency situations,” he said.

The meeting continues.

Today the participants will also watch the exercise to be held by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
