Judge Asif allahveridyev said that the believers had no document confirming Abu Bakr mosque as their property. He said territory, where the mosque located, was given to Kuwait Islamic Revival Society and then this organization was closed up in 2001.
Lawyer of complainant side Javanshir Suleymanov said only one of 380 religious communities in the country had legal address.
The trial will continue on November 25.
