In faith to God and Koran, the Caucasian Muslims Office received only two aids so farâ€, said Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh reacting to declension of his name in the issues related to Abu Bakr mosque recently, APA reports.

The Sheikh said the Islamic Development Bank allocated 132 thousand dollars for construction of administrative building. â€œThey checked spending of money for many time. And once we signed the document with Kuwait for construction of university in Azerbaijan. The relevant ministry provided us with the place for construction and then we received 200 thousand dollars. This process was transparent and journalists also participate at those events. We did the considered work in that place. When Rafig Aliyev was appointed the chairman of State Committee for Work with Religious Association, he stooped the work claiming that we were building housing for vahhabits. The work was stopped and they detracted the place from us. We have the document about spending of those resources to the construction workâ€.

Pashazadeh responded those who blamed him in receiving money from someone. â€œIf anyone proves that I receive money from him, I will help him for ten times much that money. There is Allah and conscience. No one even from abroad can claim that help the Caucasian Muslims Officeâ€.

The Sheikh named Rafig Aliyev among those who are against him. â€œFormerly chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Associations was doing these works. Now I canâ€™t say who is doing it. May be he already left it. But there are forces who try create confrontation and sunnit-shia problemâ€.
