Caucasian Muslims Office: The construction of Fatimeyi-Zehra mosque will be completed

According to her, after the construction of â€œFatimeyi-Zehraâ€ mosque is completed, Akhund will be appointed to the mosque and it will start functioning. Rahima Dadashova said â€œFatimeyi-Zehraâ€ mosque will function as most of the praying places at the disposal of the Caucasian Muslims Office.

Head of â€œFatimeyi-Zehraâ€ religious community Tofig Rezizadeh told APA that it is normal that the mosque was put at the disposal of the Caucasian Muslims Office.
â€œThe main issue was to prevent the demolition of the mosque. It is in the competence of the Caucasian Muslims Office to appoint Akhund to the mosque,â€ he said.

Rezizadeh said the court proceeding on the demolition of the mosque will continue.
â€œWe will appeal to the plenary session of the court, after we get the decision of the Supreme Court,â€ he said.

Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh appealed to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in connection with the problem around the incomplete construction of â€œFatimeyi-Zehraâ€ mosque in Yeni Guneshli settlement of Baku. Taking into account current state-religion relations President Ilham Aliyev gave instructions to put the above-mentioned establishment at the disposal of the Caucasian Muslims Office.

President also gave instructions to Baku Mayor to solve the problem.
