In August of last year, during the official visit of the President of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan, the Declaration on the Deepening of Mutual Alliance Relations and Strategic Partnership was signed in Baku, said Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan in a joint press statement with President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Astana on April 10, APA reports.
"Today's Declaration also aims to strengthen our relations and alliance. The very names of these declarations indicate the nature of our relations. This is a relationship between allies. Of course, the basis of this is made up of the centuries-old mutual relations, friendship and cooperation between the brotherly peoples of our countries," Azerbaijani President noted.
