“Agreement on labor activity and protection of rights of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan temporarily working in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan temporarily working in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan” was approved, APA reports.
According to the report, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed relevant Decree in this regard.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the State shall be advised to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement specified in Part 1 of this Decree after its entry into force. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall send a notice to the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan that the domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
