Fines have been established for making open calls to engage in prostitution or for transactions related to prostitution carried out through public display using an internet information resource or an information and telecommunication network, APA reports.
This is reflected in amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
Under the new Article 524.2 added to the Code of Administrative Offenses, a fine of 500 manats will be imposed for making open calls to engage in prostitution or for a transaction related to prostitution carried out through public display using an internet information resource or an information and telecommunication network.
