The “Regulations on the Electronic Competition Information System” have been approved, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
According to the decree, the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall:
– take the necessary measures to maintain, organize, and further develop the Electronic Competition Information System (hereinafter referred to as ECIS);
– jointly with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ensure the inclusion of ECIS in the “Unified Register of State Information Resources, Systems and Electronic Services” and in the “State Register of Information Resources and Systems of Personal Data,” as well as carry out its state registration.
The Cabinet of Ministers shall resolve the issues arising from this Decree.
