Mirshahin Aghayev said he participated in the NTRC meeting today.
He added that there are some problems with the decision made today by the NTRC that we cannot agree to.
“We will therefore appeal to court,” he said.
The director general noted that necessary documents for a lawsuit against the NTRC’s one-month suspension of the TV programs “SÉ™n tÉ™k deyilsÉ™n” and “XoÅŸqÉ™dÉ™mlÉ™ axtarıram sÉ™ni” have been prepared.
Note that, the NTRC on Monday fined ANS AZN 54,000. “Salam AzÉ™rbaycan” has been suspended for 10 days. Past week, “SÉ™n tÉ™k deyilsÉ™n” and “XoÅŸqÉ™dÉ™mlÉ™ axtarıram sÉ™ni” were closed for a month.
