The Council considered the application of Space Independent Television and Radio Company for extension of the term of license for television, radio and additional information broadcasting and the application of Konnekt LLC for extension of the term of license for cable network.
Guided by Article 22.3 of the law on television and radio, the items 33.1, 33.4, 33.7 and 33.9 of the decree issued by President for improvement of license rules, the National Television and Radio Council passed a decision to extend the license term for Space Independent Television and Radio Company and Konnekt LLC by 6 years.
