Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev participated in the panel on the Comprehensive Coordination Agenda for Central Asia, the South Caucasus, and the Black Sea Region at the Trans-Caspian International Transport Corridor Forum, the minister said in a social media post, APA-Economics reports.
“We noted that the main obstacles in major corridor projects are the differences in border standards, insufficient digitalization, and infrastructure deficiencies. We emphasized that Azerbaijan, with its strategic location, stability, and economic diversification, is a reliable and attractive investment destination. We also noted that the Zangezur corridor will create a sustainable, fast, and cost-effective connection between Europe and Central Asia, while the Middle Corridor is being developed as a sustainable and effective model for the region,” the minister said.
