Azerbaijan and Slovenia officials and businessmen meet in Baku

Baku. Elnur Mammadov-APA. Representatives of Azeri and Slovenian government agencies and companies engaged in construction, trade and tourism have come together at a roundtable in Baku to discuss the prospects of cooperation.

The parties exchanged views on the investment climate and business opportunities, tourism potential, the construction sector and trade relations of both countries.

Ales Kontrarutti, representative of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia, said that Slovenia, as all EU member states, attaches great importance to cooperation with Azerbaijan.

We see Azerbaijan as a big state in the Caucasus and are interested in cooperating with this Azerbaijan.

The representative of the Ministry of Economy of Slovenia also noted that Slovenia is interested in strengthening economic ties with Azerbaijan.

The event was joined on the Azerbaijani side - by Chamber of Commerce, Pasa InÅŸaat, Ä°SR Holding, Akkord, Altes Group, Azersun Holding, Gilan Turizm, Ata Turizm, Pasa Travel, on the Slovenian side - Chamber of Commerce, Trimo Group, Kovit Projekti, Globus Mednarodina, Adria Kambi and other companies.
