Investigative operations have brought up suspicions of a group of ministry's officials abusing service powers, illegally intervening in the activities of entrepreneurs in violation of the law on entrepreneurship, and violating the judicially and legally protected interests of different individuals, the Prosecutor General's Office told APA.
Seven officials of the ministry faces charged under the Criminal Code’s articles #308.2, 309.1 and 302.2, and were sentenced to pretrial detention.
Investigative operational actions are underway.
