Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. One more Azerbaijan reportedly killed in Syria.
APA reports that 24-year old Shusha resident Shirazi Shakir Huseynov was fighting within Assad’s forces.
He was killed by the Free Syrian Army.
After he was killed, the photos of his identity card, passport, and other personal things were posted.
APA’s correspondent contacted with Huseynov’s family in Baku and spoke to his father.
Huseynov’s father Shakir Huseynov told APA that currently they don’t know where he is. “He went to Turkey for treatment two months ago. Since then, we haven't been able to contact him,” he said.
Huseynov said that his son was affiliated with a religion: “My son was praying. But he never spoke about Syria. I can’t understand what is going on”.
