APA reports quoting website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations that search and rescue operations are underway regarding the explosion that occurred at 4-storey residential building that was under construction in Khirdalan city, Absheron.
Rescuers have pulled 9 persons and 2 bodies from the rubble up to now. Additional information will be provided.
A powerful explosion occurred in one of the flats of 4-storey building resided by IDPs in the 26th block, Khirdalan city early today. Consequently, three storeys of the building collapsed.
Rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued 8 persons from the rubble of the explosion in the residential building in Khirdalan. They are Abbasova Konul Tofig, born in 1979, Ismayilova Metanet Elbrus, born in 1972, Ismayilov Bekir Vidadi, born in 2007, Ismayilova Aygul Vidadi, born in 1999 and Abdullayeva Aytaj Gulbala, born in 2010, Ismayil Vidadi Yunis, born in1972, Ismayil Yunis Vidadi, born in 2001 and 9-year old Aykhan.
