Baku. Fuad Jafarov – APA. A man killed 31 year-old woman has bee arrested in Baku.
APA reports quoting Baku City Prosecutor’s Office, as a result of investigation operations conducted by employees of the internal affairs ad prosecutor’s agencies one more murder has been revealed.
On July 11, body of Aliyeva Natavan Telman, 1983, with the signs of violence has been found at her apartment.
A criminal case on this fact has been launched under the article #120.1 (Deliberate murder) of the Criminal Code.
As a result of investigation operations, it was revealed that Guba resident Tahirov Tarlan Rahib, 1988, came to her apartment to assemble furniture on July 10 and knifed to death. Thereafter, he robbed the apartment.
As there were sufficient reasons to suspect Tahirov of committing crime, he was arrested on July 22. He admitted the crime.
The investigation is underway on the Criminal Code’s article #120.2.5 (deliberate murder on mercenary).
