The visit took place on October 6, spokesperson for the ICRC Baku Office Ilaha Huseynova told APA.
ICRC representatives informed the Azerbaijanis kept in Nagorno-Karabakh about their families and collected information from them for their families, too.
Note that, in July of this year, Russian citizen Dilgam Asgarov and Azerbaijani citizen Shahbaz Guliyev were taken hostage and another Azerbaijani citizen Hasan Hasanov was shot to death by the Armenian servicemen while trying to visit their homeland in Kalbajar.
Hasan Hasanov’s body was taken from the enemy and buried in Baku.
