In Binagadi district of Baku, in front of the National Ophthalmologic center after name Zarifa Aliyeva, cars “Jeep” and “NazLifan” collided. According to the reports, one of the victims is an employee of a news site axar.az Nahid Cabrail - brother of writer-journalist Parviz Cabrail.
