He noted that the rescue works are underway about 11 hours: “11 persons – 2 men, 3 women and 6 children were rescued during this time. A man and a women died. Others are injured. A child is being searched”.
Mirzayev said that the searches took much times as the building is dangerous after explosion: “We keep durability of the building by different means and our rescuers are working in the dangerous state. The searches will continue till the last child is saved”.
The deputy minister noted that the building is in poor condition: “After evacuation of building, the experts will come to a decision about the state of the building. The building will probably be destroyed”.
Mirzeyev stated that the block where the explosion occurred is unusable.
The Deputy Minister noted that according to the State Committee for Work of Refugees and IDPs, the IDPs will be evacuated from here.
According to him, the explosion occurred in the second floor and investigation is underway. Results of investigations will be publicized.
