Baku. Fuad Jafarov – APA. The investigation of the criminal case launched by the Anti-Corruption Department under General Prosecutor's Office over the law violation committed by the head of “YüksÉ™liÅŸ-C” Housing and Construction Corporation has come to an end.

The General Prosecutor’s press service told APA that an investigation discovered that founder and head of the corporation Khaleddin Baghishov, abusing his official power, is suspected of obtaining AZN 702,000 by intentionally adding false information into contracts associated with construction and financial certificates and selling a part of flats and non-residential areas in a multi-storey building constructed in the Khatai district to different individuals, a great amount of property valued at AZN 44,000 that belonged to someone else through swindling by formalizing one flat and giving no documents for the other promising that he would give 2 single-room flat instead of one three-room flat to one of the parties, as well as selling a non-residential area valued at AZN 369,000 to different individuals, causing huge damage to their rights and legal interests. Thus, he faced charges under the Criminal Code’s articles #178.3.2 (Swindle), #308.2 (Abusing official powers), and #313 (Service forgery).

During the investigation, the company was forced to pay fully for heavy damage to citizens in full amount.
