Kidnapping of Azeri businessman in Krasnoyarsk reveals

Krasnoyarsk provinceâ€™s interior departmentâ€™s chief Alexander Gorovoy said that Rafig Mammadov has not disappeared.
â€œAccording to struggle plan of law-enforcement bodies with criminal groupings we reported about disappear of Azerbaijani businessman. I can only say that our reporting on kidnapping, disappear and assassination of Rafig Mammadov gave its effects and we successfully carried out the secret operation we planned. Mammadov continues his business activity without any problem at present,â€ he said.
Krasnoyarsk Prosecutorâ€™s office spread official information on loss of Azerbaijani businessman Rafig Mammadov on June 27. Assistant of Province Prosecutor Yelena Pimonenko told journalists Mammadov went to the house of his former wife for giving money to his son in the evening.
â€œBut he did not enter the house. The neighbors heard exchange of fires in front of the gate of the house. Though Mammadovâ€™s son left the house five minutes later and looked around, but saw nobody,â€ he said.
Law-enforcement bodies investigated the version of assassination of Rafig Mammadov that time. /APA/
