113 journalists were killed in 21 countries last year. This figure was reflected in the annual report of the organization Reporters without Borders, APA reports. Statistic figures connected with the pressures on media representatives were reflected in the report. According to the report, 871 media representatives were arrested, 1472 underwent physical pressures, 912 journalists faced with censorship in 2006. The organization also announced the countries where the freedom of media is in bad conditions. Iraq, Mexico, Philippines, Lebanon, Thailand, North Korea, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia and Iran lead the list. /APA/
