The investigation of the case of 4 Mingechevir Police Department officers accused in assassination of Karabakh war-disabled Rasim Alishov has been finished and sent to the Grievous Crimes Court, Mingechevir Prosecutor’s Office told APA.
Investigation department chief Ilgar Abbasov, attorney Elchin Musayev and police officer Ramiz Murquzov are found guilty under article 309 (exceeding the authority) of the Criminal Code.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs ordered to invest the Mingechevir Police Department after Rasim Alishov was hit and killed in the department building on July 25. As a result, Ilgar Abbasov and Elchin Musayev were dismissed and three police officers were given official reprimands. /APA/
