Fatal incident occurs in police office in Azerbaijan

APAâ€™s bureau reports that the incident was recorded at yesterdayâ€™s night in Zardab Region Police Office. So, Huseynov Arzu Yusif, born in 1978, who was kept in preliminary jail facilities in Kurdamir Region Police Office, was delivered to Zardab Region Police Office. He suddenly felt bad and died before the physicians could come. The corpse immediately was sent to the Medical Court Forensic-Enquiry and Pathologic Anatomy Union of Ujar region in order to identify the death reasons.

The Department of Medical Court Forensic-Enquiry and Pathologic Anatomy Union of Ujar region told APAâ€™s local bureau, according to the preliminary investigation, it was identified that the detained died because of heart attack. The distinct death reasons of A.Huseynov will be known when the forensic-inquiry will announce its last decision.

Responding the APAâ€™s questions, deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ehsan Zahidov confirmed the fatal incident that occurred in Zardab Region Police Office. He uttered that the resident of Kurdamir region Arzu Huseynov, who was sentenced by Kurdamnir Regionâ€™s Court under the Criminal Codeâ€™s article # 180 (robbery), was delivered to Zardab Region Police Office where he was kept in preliminary detention jail facilities, died because of heart attack on August 21.
