The preparation meeting on case with editor-in-chief of Realni Azerbaijan and Gundelik Azerbaijan Eynulla Fetullayev’s appeal after Appeals Court judgment presided by Rasim Isgenderov was held, Eynulla Fetullayev’s representative Isakhan Ashurov told APA.
Isakhan Ashurov said that the trial was scheduled for Dec 11.
According to the appeals by Ramil Usubov, Minister of Interior Affairs, Eynulla Fetullayev got a two year suspended sentence. The Minister’s appeal against court’s decision was not declared admissible.
The reason of the Minister’s appeal to the court was the article “Bankruptcy of antibiotics�. The Minister claims that the article insults his honor and dignity. /APA/
