A part of resigned and retired officers can not get the rise made to their pension, the chief of Retired and resigned officers Union Yashar Jafarli told the APA.
Saying that according the presidentâ€™s decree the salaries of officers and ensigns were increased since June, Jafarli said that this rise also concerned to the retired and resigned officers.
â€œIt is five months that we can get that rise. Defense Minister puts the blame on Republic Military Registration and Enlistment Office, and they blame Defense Minister,â€? he said.
The chief of Defense Ministry press service told the APA that the rise will be given soon. He did not give any information about the causes of backpay. /APA/
