The trainings of the professional staff are conducted by Education center attached to Shore Defense.
“The professional staff is working in border check points. The considerable changes will be made in frontier posts. Groups will substitute units in the frontier posts. The servicemen will be at the head of the groups,� he said.
Elchin Guliyev said that if the realization of the transition to professional staff is considered to happen till 2015, this process will end sooner. Guliyev said that electronic security system has already been constructed in Nakhchivan division. It is considered finishing all these works within three years. /APA/
