APA’s local bureau reports that the pupil of the 7th form of Zardab secondary school #3 Khallilova Tavad Mahir ran away to marry with resident of Gedebey region Ismayilov Ilgar Nizami, 22. Ilgar Ismayilov is reportedly working at Hidrolotos LLC in Zardab. He had faced charges under article 332.1 (infringement of authorized rules on mutual relation between military men at absence of subordination relations) of the Criminal Code.
Local residents told APA that Khalilova’s mother said her daughter wanted to marry because of reduced circumstances.
Zardab region police office confirmed the fact to APA. Khalilova and Ismayilov were detained. Criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
