Chief of public affairs department of the State Traffic Police Office Kamran Aliyev told APA that the roads are frozen from the 130th km of Baku-Guba-Russia highway, it is snowing in Baku-Elet-Gazakh and south region. The road in Aghsu passage has been frozen.
Kamran Aliyev called on the drivers to drive cars with chains, winter tyres and drive four-wheel drive vehicles.
According to Kamran Aliyev, four traffic accidents happened in the republic yesterday, two were killed, four injured.
The State Traffic Police Office calls on residents to drive private cars less, use public vehicles.
