APA’s European bureau reports that they will attend the annual meeting of the European Court of Human Rights. The topic of this traditional judicial year will be “The effective ways of the implementation of the national jurisdiction in the Convention systemâ€. Chairpersons of the supreme courts, ministers, lawyers, experts on legal affairs from the European countries will discuss the issue. Abdullayev and Rzayev will meet new chairman of the European Court of Human Rights Sir Nicolas Bratza.
The traditional judicial year will start tomorrow.
