The number of crimes has increased by 18,1 and 24,3 percent because of misdemeanors, Baku Police Office said in the conference on the results of nine-month period, APA reports. The number of intentional murdering fell from 54 to 49, attempts to murder from 25 to 24 and the number of robbery rose by four. 0, 4 percent of the crimes were committed by guns. 28 guns were confiscated and their owners were detained. 395 guns were confiscated, out of which 22 are submachine guns, 128 pistols, 11 grenade-guns, 234 rifles and carabins, 145 grenades and 18 000 cartridges.
91, 9 percent of all crimes and 79, 2 percent of grave crimes were uncovered. 75, 1 percent of the criminals were detained. The number of the drug-related crimes has increased by 4, 8 percent. The number of traffic crimes has increased by 93, 3 percent. The number of victims of road accidents is 290. /APA/
