Astara region resident Rovshan Asadullayev, 37, who had been sentenced to 14-year imprisonment, hanged himself with the bedsheet from the iron pipe. The causes of the suicide are not known.
Binagadi district prosecutor’s office has launched criminal case on the fact, investigation is underway.
Rovshan Asadullayev knifed his wife Kamala Zarbaliyeva and his mother-in-law Zarkhanim Zarbaliyeva because of family dispute in autumn, 2010. Kamala Zarbaliyeva died on the spot. Zarkhanim Zarbaliyeva was hospitalized. Later, Rovshan Asadullayev injured himself.
Baku Court of Grave Crimes sentenced Rovshan Asadullayev to 14-year imprisonment.
