Fishing boat turned over in Azerbaijani sector of Caspian Sea, four killed â€“ <font color=red>UPDATED </font>

The incident occurred in the evening on April 20 near the coasts of Tagiyev settlement. Four fishermen, residents of Sumgayit, were killed during the incident.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations was immediately informed about the incident. Rescuers recovered bodies of two fishermen â€“ Baylar Hatamov and Pavel Vasilyev.

Searches for other two are continued.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations issued a statement on its website on Thursday. The ministry received information that a boat was found turned over 10 km off the coasts of Tagiyev settlement, Sumgayit city. Rescue brigades of the ministry were immediately sent to the site.

At 11.52 and 12.45, the rescuers recovered two bodies - Baylar Movlanverdi Hatamov, 22 and Pavel Victorovich Vasilyev in the area 3 km off the coasts. The rescuers are continuing the searches for other two fishermen.
